Sword Bio Appoints Jim McNally, PhD. as Chief Scientific Officer
Sword Bio (“Sword”), a contract research organization that supports biotech and pharmaceutical companies with their bioanalytical needs for pre-clinical and clinical trials, announces the appointment of Jim McNally as Chief Scientific Officer.
Dr. McNally joins Sword with an extensive background in bioanalytical assay development and biotherapeutic program leadership spanning more than 25 years working in the biotech, pharma and CRO industry. Prior to joining Sword Bio, Dr. McNally served for 5 years as Chief Scientific Officer for BioAgilytix. Dr. McNally is a recognized thought leader in the development and application of bioanalytical methods used in regulatory submissions and is specifically skilled in progression of biotherapeutics from research through clinical development. A key part of his role at Sword Bio will be to lead the scientific strategy for Sword and advising on emerging scientific developments while providing scientific and regulatory guidance.
