Sword Bio’s ultra-sensitive detection technology increases the speed and efficiency of drug development by enhancing the testing that is done throughout the discovery and development process. Our patented chemistries directly replace chemicals used in the “Gold Standard” ELISA today, dramatically boosting their sensitivity, precision, and reproducibility.

Using standard fluorescent microplate readers and immunoassay chemistry, the Sword patented molecule is converted to a Resonance Raman-active substrate that is able to deliver high sensitivity, consistently low CVs, and less noise relative to traditional ELISA detection chemistries.

By dramatically boosting the performance of your existing assay, we enable picogram detection of analytes with a 10 to 30 fold improvement in sensitivity, a 5 to 10 fold improvement in LLOQ, and increased precision at LLOQ with CVs ≤5%. And we do it all with less sample volume, in less time.
